Terms of service

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund any payment in full.

Pricing: Prices are in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — photography, product descriptions, the Maisonchic123 name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability: We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition and handling returns as described in our policies. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law: These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Paris.

Changes: We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
