Shipping policy

We ship within mainland France only.

Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays).

Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Cost: Free on all orders. No minimum.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Undeliverable parcels: If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address or because it wasn't collected from a pickup point, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping fee may apply, and we'll tell you the amount first.
